Minnesota Administrative Rules – Chapter 9502 – Licensing of Day Care Facilities – governs the licensing and the regulation of child care centers / day care centers in the State of Minnesota. It is important that child care / day care facilities follow these rules and regulations for the safety and welfare of the children under their care.
