It is a shame and tragedy in many instances when a child is injured by the very people who have a legal and moral duty to watch over and keep children safe. The book titled – The ABCs of Child Injury – Legal Rights of the Injured Child – has chapters on day care center injuries, school injuries, damages/compensation, and other topics.
