You can read other definitions under Rules and Regulations for the State of Georgia at Chapter 290-2.2-.03 Definitions.

If there is a problem with a day care center or child care center, you can contact the Department of Human Resources – Division of Children and Family Services (DCFS) You can also contact a Child Injury Lawyer for consultation and guidance on day care related matters especially those involving serious personal injury to a child who was under the care of a day care center in Georgia. Day care center administrators and caregivers have a duty to provide a safe and clean environment for infants, toddlers, and children under their care.
