About the Editor
David Wolf has been practicing law in Florida since 1990. He has represented children and their families throughout the State of Florida and has served as co-counsel on cases throughout the United States on a wide variety of personal injury, child injury, day care injury, school injury, sports injury, dog bite, amusement park, theme park, premises liability, slip and fall, assault / bullying, and medical malpractice matters. During his first two years as an attorney, he did contract work for the Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services - Child Support Enforcement. He then focused his practice on personal injury, medical malpractice, and nursing home matters. In 1993, Mr. Wolf became a Big Brother in the Big Brothers / Big Sisters Program and has seen his "Little Brother" graduate high school and college. At 6 Foot 3 Inches Tall, the Little Brother now towers over his Big Brother.
Mr. Wolf is active in the community where he serves on the Board of Directors for the Jewish Community Alliance as a special counsel for the organization which has an accredited day care program, pre-school, sports facilities, and summer camp. In 2010, Mr. Wolf was awarded the New Leadership Award for his work with this very worthy non-profit organization which has enriched the lives of thousands of children. Mr. Wolf is also active in the Creeks Athletic Association which is serves as a coach and league volunteer. He is also a coach of the Wood, Atter & Wolf 3 v. 3 Soccer teams. The 3 v. 3 teams have done well in tournaments including placing 3rd at the 3 v. 3 National Championship at the Disney Wide World of Sports in 2009.
Mr. Wolf is married with two children. As a parent, attorney, and member of the community, David has a keen understanding and perspective of child injury matters.
