School Teacher Charged in Hit and Run Death Pedestrian Accident in Houston Texas

In Houston, Texas, police have charged a school teacher with a hit and run incident. The driver claims that she left the scene because there was a mob that had gathered and she feared for her safety. In leaving the scene of this pedestrian accident, there may have been evidence that left the scene with the automobile.
