In Mississippi and other States, children are the unfortunate victims of pedestrian / automobile accidents. This is especially important when there are children present. It was reported in Biloxi, Mississippi that a 6 year was hit by a vehicle when she was crossing U.S. 90 and White Avenue. She was attempting to cross the street with her father. She suffered personal injuries including a head injury and a fractured leg.
