The Food and Drug Administration is considering the possibility of putting a tanning bed ban in place for children under the age of 18. Medical experts argue that there are known dangers from ultraviolet light and tanning beds. Skin cancer is a big concern for health experts. Teens often times do not understand or appreciate the risks of tanning beds or overexposure to the sun.
